Clothing and Equipment

Maybe some of you do not know that the air temperature at Mount Bromo can reach below 10 degrees Celsius . For us residents of Indonesia who are used to a tropical climate certainly can not imagine how cold air with temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius it . Here are some of my recommendations regarding clothing to be prepared prior to travel : Jacket or winter clothes . I highly recommend using a jacket that can withstand cold weather jacket that not just fashion alone . In addition to the jacket I recommend also bring some T - Shirt backup so if the jacket still feel cold you can add T - Shirt before using jackets .Scarves , hats , gloves . Most jackets do not cover the neck area of the body . A good idea to bring a scarf rather than later your neck shiver . Similarly, hats and gloves . If you do not have these tools , you do not need to worry because there will be selling a range of scarves , hats , and gloves will be there even if it costs a little more expensive .Shoes . Do not even think of using a slipper , the contours of the road to be traversed mostly rocky and slippery . Hiking boots or shoes will be more usefull than sneakers because this kind of shoes in addition to strong will protect you from injury .Flashlight Lamp / Flashlight . If you want to enjoy the sunrise at the top of the hill , you will begin to climb in when the sky was still dark . Illumination of a flashlight will help you up the steep road. Mount Bromo region tend to be sandy and windy . With the mask to protect the nose and our mouth from exposure to sand dust can cause coughing and sore throat .

Food and Beverage

Indeed, you will find many stalls that sell snacks there . But there is also a good idea to bring some snacks in anticipation of hunger because food prices there are relatively more expensive . As an example for Pop Mie makers there priced at Rp 10,000 per his cup . In addition, do not forget to bring water or hot water to brew coffee / tea .

Money

ATM ? Do not expect you 'll find an ATM there , hehe . So you should bring enough money , not too much and do not let lack of money anyway .
